Our Customer Review Policy
We believe it is important that anyone who has used one of our products can leave a review on our store.
Reviews can be written by anyone who visits the online store. We made this choice because the person who buys the product isn't always the person who actually uses it. This way, we can provide our customers with more information about our products.
We typically send all our customers an email a few days after purchasing one of our products, asking them to post a review about the product(s) purchased on our store. Only reviews from properly registered customers and for actual products purchased are marked "verified."
- The validation and verification process is managed by an external provider.
In the reviews, the names of the users who publish them are obscured, replacing the characters with "*" keeping only the first and last characters (e.g. Michele = M***e)
- The user is asked to enter a rating from 1 to 5 stars and write a review text.
- Reviews are displayed in order of publication date, with the most recent review first.
- Every product review we receive is evaluated through our own manual review.
We check whether the written review meets our review criteria.
- We reject a review only if it does not meet the conditions set out, for example in the following cases:
a. The review contains offensive and/or discriminatory language, invective, dialectal terms, etc.
b. Contains serious spelling errors or is written in a language other than Italian
c. The review contains references to other shops/websites
d. The review does not provide specific information about the product
e. The review only talks about the transport and/or assistance service without giving explicit references to the product
f. The review contains contact information such as address, email, telephone number...
- The price of the product is specifically indicated.
- We may delete and/or edit some reviews at the request of customers who have previously posted them.
- Deleted reviews are considered effectively deleted. We don't retain any data about them.
