WHO WE ARE

GIRARDI GALLERY

A Family Project

Galleria Girardi is our family dream, born from a passion for art, travel, and the desire to create a shared space to collect and present our works. Each piece we select tells a story, a connection to diverse cultures and fascinating traditions.
Our Mission
Our goal is to expand our shop and travel the world in search of unique and evocative items. We want to discover works that speak to people, celebrating their cultures and religions. Every journey we undertake enriches us and allows us to bring home not just objects, but also experiences and human connections.

Where We Are
Our gallery is our home, located in:
MONTELLO CROSS
Via Erizzo 131
31045 Treviso
We are always evolving, ready to renew our offering and surprise our visitors.

Why We Decided to Undertake This Project
My name is Ivano Girardi and I am the father of four wonderful children (the youngest is not pictured). For 27 years, thanks to my work, I have had the opportunity to travel far and wide, especially in the Far East: China, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Thailand are just a few of the stops on my journey. I have a deep love for these countries, their cultures, and their beliefs.
During my last trip to Bali in October 2023, I had a wonderful experience that marked a new phase in our project. While running in the rice paddies around Ubud, I met Mr. Pica, a coconut oil producer. From that moment, a wonderful friendship was born. Together, we explored the surrounding areas of Ubud by scooter, searching for local statue and art makers. This adventure further inspired me to continue searching for unique pieces to share with all of you.

Conclusion
Galleria Girardi isn't just a shop; it's a journey through art and culture. Every visit is an opportunity to discover something new and connect with distant stories. We invite you to join us on this adventure and explore the wonderful world of art with us!

I decided to create this project for many reasons. The first is to have something that keeps me connected every day to this magnificent island and its people. It's something that makes me feel good, gives me hope and calm. Another reason was definitely to do something with my children; something of our own, and finally, my passion for these evocative artisanal works.
